Training Specialist (Medicare Provider Enrollment)
Preferred Locations: Denison, TX; Harrisburg, PA; Hingham, MA; Indianapolis, IN
May consider other locations, including remote, for the most qualified applicant (must reside near an office)
The Training Specialist is responsible for facilitating a variety of product-based learning events including, but not limited to Provider Enrollment Application training, monthly refreshers as well as, support for new CMS issued Change Requests and Technical Direction Letters that impact processing requirements.
Provides support to the Leadership Team by identifying training needs and utilizing quality evaluations. Stay current on all processing changes and requirements. Develop material for evaluations and oversee the online learning programs. Acclimate new associates to NGS Business expectations.
Other Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Facilitates learning events that are product and performance-based
Delivers synchronous and asynchronous learning events using varied media in virtual and global environments.
Employs rapid course development methodologies to quickly meet client needs.
Exercises in person and online classroom management including learner performance and escalates issues to Learning & Development and client leadership when necessary.
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
Measures, tracks and evaluates learner and client satisfaction.
Thinks and acts globally and is aware of learning and cultural differences both domestically and globally that drive learner effectiveness.
Partners closely with the Quality Assurance Leadership Team.
Requires BA/BS in related field; 3-5 years training experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Minimum Four years of Medicare Provider Enrollment Experience.
Experience with Provider Enrollment Training highly preferred.
PECOS and MCS along with Case Management systems experience required.
Proficiency in MS Office and Share Point.
