Strategy & Program Development Director (Small Group Business Segment)
Responsible for coordinating the relationship of a business unit with internal partners to ensure growth and compliance.
Primary duties to include, but are not limited to: - Assists in creating company's strategic and annual plans. - Advises senior management relative to the impacts of regulatory changes and compliance. - Researches new ventures and prospective revenue expansion opportunities. - Identifies business KPI’s, monitors performance, identify and lead strategic initiatives to improve performance. - Perform strategic planning/execution and project/program management, as needed.
Work location: Any Anthem state
Minimum requirements: Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; 10 years of related strategic planning, project and program management experience with knowledge and experience in the products and services of the respective industry; 5 years of experience in a senior management position; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Strong analytical and communication skills required. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment required.
Preferred Qualifications: - MBA preferred. - Ability to travel may be required.
Applicable to Colorado Applicants Only Annual Salary Range*: $122,880 - $153,600 Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
