The SCA Data Technician is responsible for conducting research and collecting and entering data for complex and moderately varied issues and situations.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Collects data. Inputs data to spreadsheets and databases.

  • Updates databases as needed.


Work location: Indianapolis IN, Shelbyville KY, Hingham MA, Baltimore MD,

Syracuse NY, Harrisburg PA or Denison TX

Hourly rate:

Indianapolis IN: $15.78

Shelbyville, KY: $16.94

Hingham, MA: $21.16

Baltimore, MD: $18.54

Syracuse, NY: $16.52

Harrisburg, PA: $16.00

Denison, TX: $ 15.30

Sign on bonus: $500.00

Minimum qualifications

  • Requires HS diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Advanced written analytical, organizational and PC skills required.

    Preferred skills

  • Medicare experience

  • Data entry experience

  • Experience with MCS/ICM

  • Billing and coding experience

  • Medical records reviewing experience

  • Ability to index claims and set up adjustments

  • Proficient knowledge of MS Word and Excel
