The Product Manager Sr. is responsible for the product development of desktop/tools in support of the service experience business. Primary duties may include but are not limited to:
Evaluates existing products and competitor and industry data to improve existing products and make recommendations for new products.
Coordinates presentation, communication, and implementation of all phases of product development.
Ensures all products are compliant with regulatory directives and state/federal laws and policies.
Serves as a product expert and a relationship manager to the core clients.
Partners with customers and stakeholders to understand business needs and align product roadmap.
Partners with the business to understand current processes, areas for process improvements, as well as ability to translate the process into an efficient system workflow designed in the best interest of users.
Translates product vision into requirements and documents features and/or user stories including acceptance criteria with confirmation capability delivery meets criteria.
Solicits and incorporates customer, stakeholder, and end-user feedback.
Clearly communicates product vision and requirements to business as well as partners/scrum team(s).
Clearly communicates user education and training opportunities .
Provides expertise to product owners on the analysis of business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; 4 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MBA preferred.
Health or managed care experience is highly preferred.

Annual Salary Range*: $86,016 - $129,024
Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
