The Member & GRS Service Experience Contact Center Intern will be responsible for…
Develop & analyze process flow for top call drivers in a Medicare contact center
Outline gaps in a clear and concise format detailing existing processes, gaps and potential solutions & process flow recommendations
Interface with a variety of stakeholders including contact center directors, managers, and front-line associates both in and outside of the contact center, as appropriate.
Understanding compliance related concerns within the call process flow
Developing an understanding and articulate different modified approach to solve for first call resolution, issue resolution & customer satisfaction
Navigate internal systems to listen to live and recorded calls, understand the root cause of the call and include in high level analysis / recommendations
Other duties as assigned
Functions OR examples of projects for this role:
May assist with process mapping inbound calls to the Medicare & GRS contact center
May assist with various CMS compliance initiatives
May assist with other projects, as needed
Pursuing a degree in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, or other related degrees
This internship is from June to August and is 40 hours per week
Must be enrolled fulltime at an accredited college or university during internship
Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
