Preferred Location: Indianapolis, IN, and Atlanta, GA. Will consider one of Anthem’s other major pulse points for the most qualified candidate. Anthem supports a hybrid workplace model with pulse point sites used for collaboration, community, and connection.
The Learning Program Director will be responsible for enabling business growth and a high-performing organizational culture by designing and delivering world-class people leadership programs that attract, grow, and retain a diverse, top talent leadership pipeline.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Consults and coaches to support process excellence skillset and mindset across the organization.
Leads and facilitates process improvement-based workshops to document processes, drive ideas and solutions.
Implement measurement strategies that measure the impact of the process improvement workshops
Facilitates virtual and in-person training sessions as necessary to support Anthem Process University.
Requires BA/BS degree in business, education, instructional design, or other learning disciplines; 5+ years of leadership and high potential development experience, including executive development (Director) or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Robust experience working on process optimization projects
Experience developing six sigma training programs

Understanding of best practices regarding business case and measurement strategies for leadership effectiveness
