This role will be based in ideal locations of Atlanta, GA; Indianapolis, IN; Mason, OH; or Los Angeles, CA

Responsible for strategically developing and executing the end-to-end hiring process for Research, Data and Analytics roles within the organization, while ensuring superior candidate experience.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop recruitment plans for screening, selection, and placement of Digital, IT and InfoSec roles.

  • Advising, consulting and translating the business needs and candidates qualifications to the right fit.

  • Functions as a talent champion that can actively stay connected to a robust research, data and analytics network, maintain long-term candidate relationships, and energetically sell the role and the organizations brand to candidates.

  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process ensuring superior experience for Digital, IT and InfoSec candidates. Guide candidates and business representatives through the process and remain connected through-out to ensure consistent engagement and a seamless and tailored candidate experience.

  • Build long-term relationships with candidates and the business. Interface with executive level leaders.

  • Partner with human resource business partners and talent acquisition program managers. Serve as a single point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout recruiting process.

  • Consult hiring manager on talent needs and recommend candidate slate.

  • Develop Digital, IT and InfoSec sourcing strategy in conjunction with hiring managers and program managers.

  • Conduct sourcing, targeting Digital, IT and InfoSec candidates.

  • Direct coordinator in supporting seamless candidate process.

  • Work with talent acquisition support team to ensure hiring managers can conduct interviews.

  • Aggregate evaluation feedback for final hiring decision. Negotiate and close offers and communicate decisions with candidates.

  • Effectively utilize available technologies to maximize efficiency, quality, and productivity.



  • Requires a BA degree in HR or related field; 7 plus years of client-facing full-cycle Digital, IT and InfoSec talent acquisition experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Master’s degree in Human Resources or other related field preferred. Professional HR / TA Certification(s) preferred.

  • Will be working very closely with Anthem leadership; this is a highly visible position. Must be able to interact with all levels as appropriate and have experience recruiting Director level roles.

  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing, pipelining and interviewing for research, data and analytics positions strongly preferred.

  • Experience utilizing current talent acquisition digital technologies required.

  • Ability to interface with candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner required.

  • Ability to partner with, advise, and influence hiring managers in a consultative manner to foster long-term relationships required.

  • Experience with both corporate (in-house) and third-party recruiting preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge of the talent acquisition landscape in health insurance industry preferred.

  • Excellent project management, writing, and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

  • Some travel may be required.
