The Grow Plan/Spec Integration Director is responsible for planning, project management, market sales strategy and analysis for the Business Development and Partnerships team with a focus on medical and specialty integration product opportunities. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Leads the development and implementation of initiatives to drive business growth and development, including lead generations and sales.
Interfaces with Corporate Strategy to bridge implementation at the business unit level.
Responsible for business planning and project management interface.
Provides analytics and oversight of team results (ROI, performance tracking, etc.).
Requires a BA/BS degree in a relevant field; 10 years of experience in strategic planning, project management and/or product development in a healthcare environment; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MBA and/or project management certification preferred. Ability to travel may be required.
