The Grow Plan/Spec Integration Director is responsible for planning, project management, market sales strategy and analysis for the Business Development and Partnerships team with a focus on medical and specialty integration product opportunities. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Leads the development and implementation of initiatives to drive business growth and development, including lead generations and sales.

  • Interfaces with Corporate Strategy to bridge implementation at the business unit level.

  • Responsible for business planning and project management interface.

  • Provides analytics and oversight of team results (ROI, performance tracking, etc.).


Requires a BA/BS degree in a relevant field; 10 years of experience in strategic planning, project management and/or product development in a healthcare environment; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MBA and/or project management certification preferred. Ability to travel may be required.
