This is a remote position near any Anthem location
We are seeking a talented graphic designer to join our amazing marketing team. In this position, you will work with a diverse group of team members to advance the goals and objectives of Anthem.
Working closely with the senior designer and members of the creative team, you will concept and design an array of marketing and communications materials including presentations, newsletters, flyers, brochures, digital ads, direct mail, web graphics, videos and more.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Consult with team and business leaders to understand business needs.
Provide creative input in the strategic development of all types of communication and marketing materials; offer design recommendations to deliver outstanding work.
Develop creative ideas and solutions to meet customer needs.
Originate design layout and execute creative plans.
Use graphic design software applications to produce print and digital sales and marketing communications, including collateral materials, multimedia solutions and/or interactive experiences.
Support business initiatives and identify process improvement opportunities.
Critically evaluate work and solve problems while considering project needs.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications.
Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Requires proficiency in graphic design.
Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop preferred
Knowledge of fonts, layouts for printed materials, and editol layouts
Knowledge of paper and print specifications
1-2 years of advertising agency preferred
Impeccable attention to detail and strong time-management skills
Expert in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
Ability to work under the constraints of an existing brand and identity
