Responsible for managing a team of 3 that leverages research to support brand-, marketing-, and comms strategies by bringing forward-looking, inspiring insights inside the boardroom decision-making

Primary duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Pro-actively provide thought leadership on emerging customer and market trends

  • Turn insights into strategic recommendations that inspire world-class marketing

  • Leverage Segmentation to deliver ’micro-targeting insights that drive personalization

  • Provide recommendations for campaign research and concept testing

  • Develop and coordinate research plans and manage budget

  • Ability to present and engage large and different audiences through storytelling


  • Requires a BA/BS degree; minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional/leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • You’ll bring natural curiosity, enthusiasm, creativity, empathy, and an entrepreneurial mindset to this role.

  • Experience w/ variety of Customer Experience Measurement platforms (e.g. Community Panel, Medallia) preferred.

  • Excellent managerial and leadership skills are required.

  • Travel may be required.
