LOCATION: This is a remote position with residency in Eastern or Central time zones preferred.

HOURS: Normal business hours, Monday through Friday.

The Digital Product Manager Lead is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership of digital product management associates and initiatives.

Two positions are available.

1) Strategic Clinical Initiatives: Manage day-to-day project management for up to three strategic voice initiatives, including client and vendor management. Work with user experience design and digital analytics teams to organize and evaluate results from usability studies.

2) Cost of Care Strategic Initiatives: Manage day-to-day project management for multiple strategic care management and utilization management initiatives, including client and vendor management. Have an understanding of technical requirements, including API ingestion, agile scrum deployment, and modular platform implementation.

Primary duties, for both, include but are not limited to the following:

  • Facilitate cross-functional leadership planning sessions to detail out requirements and timelines for priority initiatives.

  • Develop and own updates to project plans and roadmaps.

  • Serve as an internal consultant to clinical leaders on the development and refinement of pilots for target populations.

  • Ensure collaborative workflow and checks and balances are maintained at each stage of development.

  • Routinely track product and reports performance and relevant changes in the external competitive environment.

  • Oversee and interpret market research and competitive intelligence to determine ways to competitively enhance product capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Requires a BA/BS degree; 7 years of experience leading large initiatives involving digital product delivery and management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • MBA is preferred.

  • Prior leadership experience is preferred.

  • Prior direct to consumer and/or healthcare industry digital experience preferred.

  • PMP certification is preferred.
