The Clinical Quality Strategy Intern will be responsible for analyzing data and researching industry best practices to develop recommendations to improve CAHPS scores.
Primary responsibilities include:
Design and complete detailed analysis of interim CAHPS results and member identified mock survey results to identify data trends driving poor performance
Research industry best practices and competitor landscape to identify opportunities to close gaps from analysis
Develop detailed, data driven recommendation to improve CAHPS scores
Present final outcomes of recommendation to business leaders, including executive level leadership
Develop, implement, and manage an enterprise-wide records management
Support team analyst with additional ad hoc analytics to support ongoing improvement programs within Enterprise Quality Strategy and Management
The Summer 2022 Internship will take place from June through September. This is a remote opportunity with an expectation 40 hours per week/or 20 hours per week depending on school schedule in a virtual setting. The ideal person will possess the willingness and capacity to learn quickly and apply new knowledge. They will also have proven analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication abilities. Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Health, Statistical analysis, or other related major
Must be enrolled fulltime at an accredited college or university during internship
Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
