Working extensively with our Sales and Account Management teams, you will lead the sales operations, processes and planning functions for IngenioRX sales and account management teams.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Deep understanding of all aspects of the business.
Directly support S/AM leadership to define strategy and successful criteria for winning new logos and securing existing clients.
Translates strategy into defined tactics, programs/projects priorities.
Build compelling storylines, executive summaries and decks in support of our Sales Proposals.
Manages end to end Sales processes to ensure efficiency and alignment to strategic priorities and market needs.
Builds and leverages cross functional relationships to provide innovative solutions to complex business problems.
Proposes opportunities to improve results based on continuous needs assessment.
Responsible for the development implementation and monitoring of line of business planning and project activities.

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience including prior leadership experience and 3 to 5 years strategic planning; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Master’s degree preferred.
Ability to travel may be required.
Sales Operations Experience highly preferred.
RFP Experience highly preferred.
