Location: Remote (100%)

Responsible for developing and executing more complex data mining analyses.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Independently ideate, research, and develop new payment integrity concepts, models, and algorithms.

  • Develops visualization of developed concepts

  • Determines how decision support systems will provide the data required to make effective business decisions.

  • Performs modeling of information sources and flows.

  • May coordinate the activities of a project team and monitors project schedules and costs for own projects.

  • The majority of time will be spent developing new concepts.

  • Conducts training on use of applications developed.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a BS/BA degree and a minimum of 4 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. PC, spreadsheet, and database skills strongly preferred. Experience in standard Business Information tools and programming/query languages required.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare Industry Experience (payer or vendor)

  • Payment Integrity (AHFI: Accredited Health Care Fraud Investigator)

  • Healthcare Coding (Certified Professional Coder)

  • Business Information Application (Domo, Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI) and programming/query languages is strongly preferred.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels within the organization is strongly preferred.
