Title: Business Analyst III: (Model Office/UAT Test lead plus tester)
Preferred locations: Connecticut, Georgia, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Texas, Colorado, California (Willing to consider other locations)

The Business Analyst III is responsible for serving as the liaison between the business and IT in translating complex business needs into application software. The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable and skilled hands-on test lead with strong healthcare/pharmacy (PBM) domain knowledge and experience handling end to end testing.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Analyzes complex end user needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
Determines specific business application software requirements to address complex business needs.
Develops project plans and identifies and coordinates resources, involving those outside the unit.
Develop master Model Office/UAT test plan to support testing objectives and contribute to development of project testing strategy supporting the test manager.
Manage the relationship with peers in business and IT for system(s) supported.
Play a leadership role in the design, development, and implementation of testing components.
Define and implement appropriate testing methods to assure developed product conforms to requirements and design.
Review/approve all project related test assets for completeness and quality.
Ensure all applicable SDLC and testing processes are followed.
Manage both onshore and offshore test execution resources for project under test.
Collaborate with IT Development teams and business teams in delivering quality software.
Responsible for Test Data Management, collection of requirements, evaluation of available data in repositories, identification of gaps, and coordinates/owns test data provisioning tasks.
5-7 years of business analysis experience that includes knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations
Any combination of education and experienced, which would provide an equivalent background.
Strongly preferred Qualifications:
3 years of hands-on experience leading and managing Pharmacy end-to-end testing for web and mainframe-based applications, including defining testing strategies and end-to-end/UAT test plans.
5 years of experience in the US Healthcare domain (Commercial/Medicaid) including claims processing, enrollment, and benefit administration.
Hands on experience with pharmacy prescription drug claims testing, benefits and clinical testing is a plus
Experience with RxClaim claim processing system is a plus
Experience with test automation tools is a plus
Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
5 years of experience with at least one of the following test management tools: HP ALM, JIRA and QTEST
3 years of experience with Agile methodologies
1 year of experience in test data management.

Annual Salary Range*: $64,640-$80,800
Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
