Responsible for representing the needs and desires of the stakeholder community to the product portfolio team and will be the experts on the market and the customer. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Work as a strategic thought partner with leadership team to shape the long-term vision and strategy for the data platform.

  • Provides consultative support on product strategy/definition/positioning and road map development.

  • Cultivates subject matter expertise and stays abreast of relevant industry best practices.

  • Supports new product and capability development by sharing industry knowledge, building out pitch materials, and assisting in the pitch process.

  • Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods

  • Establish trust-based relationships with partner organizations across DBG.

  • Communicates customer needs and participates in validation of proposed solutions.

  • Supports development of business cases and translation of business cases into Epics/features.

  • Supports portfolio work including budget parameters and strategic themes.

  • Supports grooming the Program Epic/Initiative backlog at the Agile Lean Program Level.

  • Actively identify opportunities to apply new tools, technologies, and processes that can help enrich team capabilities

  • Under guidance, coordinates shared infrastructures and works with IT and third party vendors to ensure systems functionality.

  • Supports requests for funding and budget for the continuous flow of value to customers.

Requires an MBA or BA/BS and minimum of 5 years experience in a technical or strategic consulting role; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
